Match Day 2022: Announcing Our New Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Residents

The University of Wisconsin – Madison Department of Radiology is pleased to announce the Class of 2027/2028 Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology residents! Matches were announced at the Match Day 2022 ceremony, which was held virtually and in the Health Sciences Learning Center. At the event, Jason Stephenson, MD, Associate Professor of Radiology & Associate Dean for Multicultural Affairs for Health Professions Learners, served as one of the keynote speakers. Here is a full list of matched residents below: 

Diagnostic Radiology Residents 

Seth Arntz is earning his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.  

Christian Cuevas is earning his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.  

Karl Fenzl is earning his medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. He will serve as an Internal Medicine Intern at UW-Madison. 

Alex Griffith is earning his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. 

Abigail Herzog is earning her medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine. She will serve as an Internal Medicine Intern at UW-Madison.  

Emily Howald is earning her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. 

Elizabeth Stoeckl is earning her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She will serve as a Surgery Intern at UW-Madison. 

Nicholas Tan is earning his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. 

Interventional Radiology 

Austin Maas is earning his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He will serve as a Surgery Intern at UW-Madison.
