Coordinator Approval Process

Follow these steps to successfully complete the Coordinator role approval process.

Step 1: Role Selection

New users without a role will be directed to the role selection page:

  • Select a Principal Investigator (PI) from the list provided.
  • Choose the "Coordinator" role by selecting the appropriate radio button.
  • An email notification will be sent to the selected PI for confirmation.
Step 2: PI Review

The Principal Investigator will review your Coordinator role request:

  • The PI will receive an email with a link to review your request.
  • By clicking the approval link, the PI confirms your access request.
  • An automated email is sent to Aaron Field for final approval.
Step 3: Final Approval

Aaron Field will complete the final review:

  • Review the details provided in the email notification.
  • Click the approval link to grant Coordinator access to the user.
  • The new user will receive a confirmation email once approved.
Step 4: Access Granted

Once approved, an automated email is sent, and the new user can log in and begin using their Coordinator privileges. If you encounter any issues, please contact support for assistance.
