Biography
Alison Gegios, MD, received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She completed a transitional year at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at Washington University in St. Louis. She then returned to the University of Wisconsin – Madison for her fellowship in Breast Imaging. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor in Breast Imaging. Her professional interests include medical education and contributing to the University of Wisconsin’s focus on innovative research. Her personal interests include traveling, gardening, and taking advantage of all the great things that Wisconsin offers.
