This study will examine the influence of biological sex on the brain’s ability to regulate blood flow during an acute bout of exercise. Male and female participants between 20 and 40 years of age will participate in this study. Participants will take part in three study visits. Visits will include: 1) Screen Day visit to determine eligibility and maximal aerobic capacity; 2) Familiarization Visit to determine workloads; 3) MRI visit to measure cerebral artery dilation and cerebral blood flow during an acute bout of exercise.
