Biography
Jennifer Febbo, MD grew up in Middleton, Wisconsin. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2014. She completed a transitional year internship at Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program. Dr. Febbo returned to Chicago to complete a diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center in 2019. She finished her training with a fellowship in cardiothoracic radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Before joining the University of Wisconsin Department of Radiology, Dr. Febbo was an assistant professor and section chief of Cardiothoracic Radiology at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center Department of Radiology.
Dr. Febbo joined the Section of Thoracic Imaging as an associate professor (CHS) in 2025. Her professional interests include infectious disease, public health, lung cancer screening, deployment-related lung disease, and cardiovascular imaging.
