The goal is to create high resolution time-resolved T2-weighted images (3D TRICKS) and 3D FSE T1-weighted images to visualize the injection of warmed sterile saline into the uterus to document fallopian tube patency and clearly define uterine and fallopian tube anatomy and pathology. If successful, MR hysterosalpingogram (HSG) could replace conventional HSG in combination with secondary tests such as sonohysterography (SIS) and hysteroscopy. This would allow for one comprehensive imaging test without the use of ionizing radiation in infertile women. All subjects will also be imaged using conventional (fluoroscopy) HSG, and five subjects will be imaged using saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS, ultrasound).
