Solution: This is just an interesting case of an unusual finding. Patient had ingested a plastic spoon and clinicians were wondering where it is. Of course, it is not radio-opaque, so couldn\'t be seen on plain film, but could be seen on UGI. Since in duodenum, it could be removed with endoscopy.
