Dr. Dustin Pooler, a recent UW School of Medicine and Public Health graduate, presented four scientific papers at the 2011 American Roentgen Ray Society meeting in Chicago.
At the meeting Dr. Pooler, who works with Dr. Pickhardt and colleagues, presented on an array of topics including CT colonography, appendicitis, and renal cell carcinoma. Overall, the group had eight total scientific papers presented, as well as poster exhibits and invited lectures.
Dr. Pooler has already co-authored a number of peer-reviewed publication, including an upcoming paper in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
