Svyatoslav Vergun has been awarded a predoctoral training fellowship for 1 year from the Clinical Neuroengineering Training Program with a competitive renewal option for a 2nd year in the program. He will be starting as a medical physics graduate student this summer starting June 1, 2011 and will be joining Dr. Prabhakaran’s lab.
Christian La has been awarded a predoctoral training fellowship for 1 year from the Neuroscience Training Program. He will be starting as a Neuroscience graduate student this summer starting July 1, 2011 and will be co-mentored by Dr. Prabhakaran and Dr. Meyerand.
Dr. Zeng Hongwu will be joining Dr. Prabhakaran’s lab as an Honorary associate in the Department of Radiology for 1 year beginning June 16, 2011. He is a Radiologist and is being provided financial support from Department of Radiology Shenzhen Children’s Hospital, China to learn more about advanced neuroimaging.
