The University of Wisconsin Department of Radiology is pleased to announce that three modalities were recently awarded patient satisfaction Star Performer status for the February-July 2012 time period. Those winners are 1 S Park CT, 1 S Park Ultrasound, and Odana-Atrium Mammography. These UW Radiology teams made up three of the 10 selections.
These Star Perfrmer awards are given to outpatient/ancillary service areas whose score equates to the 90th percentile or better, when compared to Press Ganey benchmark institutions. For 2012 quarters three and four this is a mean score of 93.9 or higher. Congratulations teams, and keep up the excellent work!
