UW Radiology is proud to partner with Tri 4 Schools to bring to the community the Waunakee Kids Triathlon and the Spring Mud Run in Verona, which take place on May 4th and 17th, respectively.
Tri 4 Schools is a nonprofit organization dedicated to imparting healthy habits and principles in children under 14 through large-scale school-sponsored athletic events, including triathlons, aquathons, and mud runs.
100% of the race entry fees go directly back to the schools, and those funds have been used to build playgrounds, finance athletic programs, and even to offset the costs of fresh fruit and vegetables for school lunches.
UW Radiology encourages employees to volunteer at either of these events, and interested staff members can learn more and sign up to volunteer at the Tri4School webpage.
