Biography

Dr. Capel is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology in the Community section. She specializes in neuroradiology with special expertise in head and neck imaging. Dr. Capel has a strong interest in teaching residents and fellows. Other professional interests include vascular and flow imaging and stroke. Personal interests include hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dr. Capel, MD, graduated from the Biomedical Sciences program at Marquette University. She undertook a transitional year in Internal Medicine at Aurora St. Luke’s in Milwaukee, Wisconsin followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Capel then completed a neuroradiology fellowship at UW before becoming a faculty member.
