Please join us in congratulating Dr. Perry Pickhardt for his continuing success at the 11th International Virtual Colonoscopy Symposium.
Dr. Pickhardt’s paper, “Sensitivity of CT colonography and colonoscopy for the detection of colorectal cancer: systematic review and meta-analysis” was awarded the Joseph T. Ferrucci Award for best paper. Last year, Dr. David Kim accepted this award for a paper that he co-authored with Dr. Pickhardt.
The 11th International Virtual Colonoscopy Symposium was held from October 25-27, 2010, in Boston, MA. Sponsored by Boston University School of Medicine and the International Symposium on Virtual Colonoscopy, this event hosts an accomplished array of radiologists, surgeons, endoscopists, computer scientists, and health policy analysts.
