Dr. Scott Reeder, Associate Professor of Radiology, has been awarded a five-year, $2.5M grant from the NIH. Dr. Scott Reeder is co-PI, along with Dr. Sirlin from the department of Radiology at the University of California – San Diego. Dr. Reeder is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project “Technical Validation of MRI Biomarkers of Liver Fat” performed at UW-Madison and is jointly responsible for overseeing the overall project with Dr. Sirlin. Dr. Reeder will also work directly with Dr. Gould in the department of Surgery and Dr. Agni in the department of Pathology who are co-investigators at UW-Madison and will interface with the UCSD team lead by Dr. Sirlin.
