Theodore Shinners, MD, is a Badger through and through. He studied at UW for the entirety of his medical education; from medical school through his fellowship in 2003, and he fondly remembers his time in Madison.

After several stints at hospitals in Northern Wisconsin, he’s settled at Ministry Health Care in Merrill, WI, serving as their Technical Director. “I’m in charge of running our equipment and guiding purchasing in a very significant way—we have 16 hospitals,” said Dr. Shinners. “I never thought I would be reading and reviewing so many quotes!”
