The purpose of this study is to see if there is a relationship between abnormal blood flow in the veins of the brain and spinal cord and the development of MS. In order to test this possibility, MRI and US will be used to measure blood flow to and from the brain and spinal cord; these measurements will be compared between those who have MS and those who do not have MS. The results of this study will help us understand what does or does not cause MS and may help the future development of new treatment techniques for MS.
