A major knowledge gap in the field of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) biomarkers has been the time course of AD proteinopathy in the pre-symptomatic stage. This study conducts amyloid PET, tau PET, and brain MRI to directly address this knowledge gap at baseline and a 2–3-year follow-up. PREDICT3, an Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC) study, recruits from a major cohort study called the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention.
