He was a vendor for Microsoft and a phlebotomist prior to attending medical school at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He completed a preliminary medicine year at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and had a daughter the same year…yikes. Jacob enjoys all activities outdoors including hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, golfing, and disc golf. He also likes sports, movies, and playing video games.

Nancy Ann Little, MD

Nancy Ann is mostly from Utah and Montana, but is an adventurer at heart and has spent time in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, and Jordan along the way. She made her way to medical school after realizing that being a high school teacher is way harder than she ever could have imagined. While she loves working at the hospital, she also loves weekend escapades that include hiking, camping, and any shenanigans that could be characterized as type II fun. After finishing up a surgical intern year at Virginia Mason, she is stoked to be in Madison and exploring a new part of the country.

Isaiah Tan, MD

Isaiah grew up in Urbana, IL, and completed his undergraduate studies in psychology at Northwestern University. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by an internal medicine internship at UW. He enjoys spending time with his wife, running, indoor gardening, board games, and Badger football.

He then moved to Detroit to attend Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed a Transitional Year at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, MI. He’s eagerly anticipating leaving his mitten-shaped state behind, and when not quarantined, enjoys days on the lake, nature hikes, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and helping to train his family dog for a number of competitions.
