Residents who have completed at least one year of residency training and are in good academic standing, have the opportunity to apply for and complete a CARES (Creating Access for Rural and Underserved Populations through Education & Service) elective rotation during their training. Only rotations in resource- limited settings in the state of Wisconsin will be considered. This rotation will require Program Director approval.
