Our section performs and interprets the entire gamut of advanced diagnostic abdominal and pelvic imaging across multiple modalities, including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, radiography, and fluoroscopy. Our protocols are all encompassing and wide-ranging, including both common and organ-specific complex indications for medical imaging. This includes complete oncologic diagnosis and staging, inflammatory bowel disease, trauma evaluation, emergency radiology, transplant evaluations (such as liver, kidney, pancreas, and bowel), post-operative assessment, genitourinary and reproductive imaging, placental and fetal imaging, CT colonography, contrast enhanced ultrasound, and 3D imaging.
We also perform numerous interventional procedures across the entire body including image-guided minimally invasive biopsies of major solid organs. We have a robust solid organ and soft tissue ablation program with expertise in a wide variety of techniques including microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation, ethanol ablation, and histotripsy. We also perform fluid aspirations and drainages, including thoracentesis and paracentesis
